Amplitude Analytics

Amplitude is a product analytics platform that helps you understand how customers interact with your store. By tracking events like page views, product views, add-to-cart actions, and purchases, you gain insight into customer behavior so you can make data-driven decisions.

This plugin connects your store to Amplitude using your project's API Key, sending customer interaction events directly to your Amplitude project for analysis.

Follow these steps to connect Amplitude with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Sign in to your Amplitude account, or create a new one if you don't already have one.

Step 2: Click the Settings (gear icon) in the lower-left navigation, then select Organization Settings.

Step 3: Select Projects from the left sidebar, then click the project you want to connect to your store.

Step 4: On the project's General tab, locate the API Key and click Manage to reveal and copy it. If you don't have a key yet, generate one first.

Step 5: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Amplitude. Paste the copied API Key into the API Key field in the Configuration section and click Install.

Step 6: Visit your storefront and perform a few actions, then check your Amplitude dashboard to confirm that events are being received.
