Brevo

Brevo sends transactional emails to your customers from your own branded templates, including order confirmation, shipping, and delivery, and can sync your customers into Brevo so you can run marketing campaigns to them. Connect your Brevo account, pick a verified sender and a template for each email type, and Orderain sends them automatically.

Every email goes out from your own domain using a template you design in Brevo, so your customers see your branding, not Orderain's. Turn on only the emails you want, and leave the rest off. If you also switch on contact sync, each new customer is added to Brevo so you can follow up with newsletters and promotions.

Step 1: Sign in to your Brevo account.

Step 2: Click your account name in the top right, then go to SMTP & API → API Keys.

Step 3: Click Generate a new API key, name it Orderain, and copy the key.

Step 4: Open the settings (gear) icon, go to Senders, domains, IPs and select the Senders tab. Make sure you have a sender with a green Verified status, and note that email address for later.

Step 5: In your Orderain Dashboard, go to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Brevo.

Step 6: Paste the key into the Brevo API Key field and click Install.

Step 7: Enter the verified sender email from Step 4 in the Sender email field, add a Sender name customers will recognize, and optionally a Reply-to email for customer replies.

Step 8: To build a marketing audience, turn on Sync customers to Brevo contacts. To add new customers to a specific list, enter its Brevo contact list ID (leave it blank to skip).

Step 9: Click Save.

Step 10: Place a test order in your Orderain store. The customer should receive the order confirmation email within a few seconds. Check your Brevo Transactional → Logs to confirm it shows as Delivered.
