Crisp Chat

The Crisp Chat plugin allows you to add a real-time live chat widget to your store. With Crisp, you can engage directly with visitors, answer their questions, and provide instant customer support — all from your Crisp dashboard or mobile app.

Once integrated, a small chat bubble appears on your storefront (usually in the bottom-right corner), allowing customers to message you anytime. All conversations are stored in your Crisp Inbox for easy follow-up and team collaboration.

Follow these steps to connect Crisp Chat with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Go to crisp.chat and sign in to your existing account, or click “Get started for free” to create a new one.

Step 2: From your Crisp dashboard, click “Add a Website”, enter your store’s name and URL, then click “Continue”. Crisp will create a new workspace for your site.

Step 3: In your Crisp dashboard, go to Settings → Workspace Settings → Setup & Integrations. Locate the Website ID field and click Copy.

Step 4: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Crisp Chat. Paste the copied Website ID into the Crisp Website ID field in the Configuration section and click Install.

Step 5: Visit your storefront to confirm the chat bubble appears in the bottom-right corner. Send a test message to verify it arrives in your Crisp Inbox.
