Installation guide

Step 1: Go to easyship.com and sign up for a free account. No credit card required.

Step 2: After signing in, click API & Webhooks in the left sidebar under Integrations.

Step 3: Click Create an API, enter a name (e.g. Orderain), and click Connect.

Step 4: On the API detail page you will see two token sections: Production and Sandbox. Expand Production, click the eye icon to reveal your token, and copy it. Production tokens start with prod_. To test without real charges, copy the Sandbox token instead (starts with sand_).

Step 5: In your Orderain Dashboard, go to Plugins and click on Easyship.

Step 6: Paste your token into the Easyship API Token field and click Install.

Step 7: Place a test order on your storefront and confirm that Easyship is returning shipping rates and generating labels correctly. When ready to go live, return to Step 4, copy your Production token, and reinstall the plugin with it.

Step 8 (Optional — for real-time shipment updates): Go back to API & Webhooks in the Easyship sidebar and click the Webhooks tab. Click + Add Webhook and fill in the form as follows:

• Webhook Endpoint URL: https://api.orderain.com/api/v1/shipping/easyship/webhook/YOUR_SHOP_ID
• Version: Select v2024_09
• Event types: Check shipment.label.created, shipment.tracking.checkpoints.created, shipment.tracking.status.changed, shipment.cancelled, and shipment.label.failed

Click Save. Copy the Secret Key shown at the top of the webhook, then come back to Plugins → Easyship in your Orderain Dashboard, paste it into the Webhook Secret field, and click Save.
