Gelato
Bring your Gelato products into Orderain and let Gelato print, pack, and ship every order for you.
About this plugin
If you sell print-on-demand products through Gelato, this plugin brings them straight into your Orderain store. Connect your account, pick the products you want, and they appear on your storefront with their sizes, colours, and images already set up. There's nothing to re-create by hand.
After that it runs on its own. When a customer pays, the order is sent to Gelato's global print network for production and shipping. Because Gelato produces locally in 30+ countries, orders reach your customers faster. As Gelato updates that order (ships it, delivers it, or cancels it), Orderain picks up the change and keeps the tracking number on file, so your dashboard always matches what's really happening.
Key Features:
- Connect your Gelato account and choose exactly which products to bring in
- Titles, descriptions, active sizes and colours, images, and prices all come across
- Paid orders are sent to Gelato for production and fulfillment automatically
- Local production in 30+ countries means faster delivery to your customers
- Once Gelato ships, the order is marked shipped and the tracking number is saved
- Delivery marks the order delivered and can kick off a follow-up email
- Cancel an order on Gelato and it shows as cancelled in Orderain too
- Cash-on-Delivery orders stay put by default since they're unpaid; switch that on in settings if you'd rather send them
