Follow these steps to connect Kommunicate with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Go to kommunicate.io and sign in to your Kommunicate account, or create a new one.

Step 2: In your Kommunicate dashboard, navigate to Settings → Installation → Web. Locate your App ID in the embed code and copy it.

Step 3: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Kommunicate Chatbot. Paste your App ID into the Kommunicate Chatbot App ID field in the Configuration section and click Install.

Step 4: Visit your storefront to confirm the Kommunicate chat widget appears and is ready to receive customer messages.
