Manual Payment

Manual Payment lets customers pay via bank transfer directly from your checkout. Add your bank account details and they appear at checkout automatically — customers transfer the amount manually, and you confirm each order once the money arrives in your account.

There are no card processor or gateway fees. Orders stay Pending until you mark them as paid, so you stay in full control of when a payment is confirmed. You can add multiple bank accounts, enable or hide them individually, and manage everything from your Orderain dashboard.

Follow these steps to set up Manual Payment on your store.

Step 1: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Manual Payment, then click Install to activate it.

Step 2: In the Bank Accounts section, fill in the form and click Add Account. Each account needs a Bank Name, Account Holder Name, Account Number, Routing Number, and Account Type (Checking or Savings).

Step 3: Turn on the Enabled toggle so the account is visible to customers at checkout. You can add as many accounts as you like — customers will see every enabled one and can transfer to whichever they prefer. Leave the toggle off to keep an account saved but hidden.

Step 4: Click Save Changes. Manual Payment now appears at checkout automatically, and only shows while at least one account is enabled.

Step 5: When a customer chooses Manual Payment, the order is created as Pending / Unpaid and your bank details are shown to them for the transfer. Once you see the money in your bank, open the order and mark it as Paid.
