Follow these steps to connect Omnisend with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Go to omnisend.com and sign up for a free account. No credit card is required.

Step 2: After logging in, click Connect your store on the dashboard.

Step 3: On the platform selection screen, scroll down and click Other.

Step 4: Enter your Orderain store URL (e.g. https://yourstore.orderain.com/) and click Connect store.

Step 5: Omnisend will show a Your store is connected! confirmation screen. At the bottom right, click Continue & send instructions to proceed.

Step 6: Omnisend will show you the Add Omnisend code snippet to your store screen. Inside the code box, find this line:

The long string of letters and numbers in the second position is your Brand ID. Copy it and keep it — you will need it in Step 10.

Step 7: In your Omnisend dashboard, click Store Settings in the bottom-left corner, then click API at the bottom of the left menu.

Step 8: Click + Create API key. Enter a name (e.g. "Orderain") — if a "No results found" dropdown appears, ignore it and continue. Under Select API key permissions, toggle on Manage all permissions at the top — this enables Read and Write access for everything at once, including Contacts, Events, and Products. Scroll down and also enable Orders and Carts (these are listed separately under the legacy section — turn on both Read and Write for each).

Step 9: Click Create API key in the bottom right. A Copy API key screen will appear showing your full key. Click Copy API key and save it somewhere safe — you will not be able to see it again after closing this screen.

Step 10: In your Orderain Dashboard, go to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Omnisend. Paste your Brand ID into the Brand ID field and your API Key into the API Key field, then click Install.

Step 11: Place a test order in your Orderain store. Open Omnisend and go to Audience → Contacts — the customer should appear within a few seconds. Go to Reports → Orders to confirm the order came through as well.
