QuickBooks Online is the accounting software your accountant works in every day. This plugin connects it to Orderain so every sale, refund, and new customer is recorded in QuickBooks the moment it happens. No monthly CSV exports, no manual data entry, no missed transactions at tax time.

Connect your QuickBooks account once with a single click. From then on, when a customer places an order Orderain creates a Sales Receipt in QuickBooks automatically. Refunds create Refund Receipts. New customers become Customer records. Tax and payment method are recorded against every transaction, so your books stay balanced without anyone lifting a finger.

Step 1: In your Orderain Dashboard, go to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on QuickBooks Online.

Step 2: Click Connect to QuickBooks. A QuickBooks login window opens.

Step 3: Log in with your QuickBooks Online username and password.

Step 4: If you have more than one QuickBooks company, choose the company you want Orderain to sync with.

Step 5: Click Connect to allow Orderain to record sales and customers in your QuickBooks account. The window closes and you are returned to Orderain.

Step 6: Your QuickBooks company name now appears in the plugin settings, confirming the connection is live. Orderain saves your Company ID and connection tokens for you, so there is nothing to copy or paste.

Step 7: Place a test order in your Orderain store. In QuickBooks Online, go to Sales → All Sales and confirm a new Sales Receipt appears within about 30 seconds.

Note: If your store has no orders for 101 days in a row, the QuickBooks connection expires for security. If that happens, open this plugin and click Reconnect to authorize again. As long as orders keep coming in, Orderain refreshes the connection in the background and you never need to reconnect.
