Smartsupp

Smartsupp adds live chat to your Orderain store and pairs it with visitor recordings so you can answer questions in real time and see what led up to them. Add your Smartsupp key and a chat widget appears on your storefront.

The combination of chat and session video means you understand context before you reply, making every conversation faster and helping you recover sales that would otherwise slip away.

Step 1: Go to smartsupp.com and click Sign up free to create your account.

Step 2: In Smartsupp, go to Settings → Live chat, then open the Installation tab. Under Add the code manually, Smartsupp shows you the install snippet.

Step 3: In the snippet, find the key line, which looks like _smartsupp.key = 'xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx'. Copy the value between the quotes.

Step 4: In your Orderain Dashboard, go to Shop → Plugins and click Smartsupp.

Step 5: Paste your Smartsupp Key into the Smartsupp Key field.

Step 6: Click Save.

Step 7: Open your storefront. The Smartsupp chat bubble now appears, and conversations and recordings show up in your Smartsupp dashboard.
