Follow these steps to connect your Tidio account with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Visit tidio.com and sign in to your existing account, or create a new one if you don't already have one.

Step 2: From your Tidio dashboard, click the Settings icon (the gear icon) at the bottom of the left-hand sidebar.

Step 3: In the settings menu, scroll to the Developer section and select Project Data.

Step 4: Under Project Data, locate the Public Key field and copy the alphanumeric string shown there.

Step 5: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Tidio. Paste the Public Key into the PUBLIC KEY field in the Configuration section and click Install.

Step 6: Visit your storefront to confirm the Tidio chat widget appears and is ready to receive customer messages.
