Trustpilot is one of the world's most trusted review platforms, allowing businesses to collect and showcase authentic customer reviews. By connecting your Orderain store to Trustpilot, you can build credibility with potential buyers and leverage social proof to increase conversion rates.

This plugin embeds the Trustpilot TrustBox widget on your storefront using your Business Unit ID and domain, so customers can see your real ratings without leaving your site.

Follow these steps to connect Trustpilot with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Go to business.trustpilot.com and sign in to your Trustpilot Business account, or create a new one. Claim your business profile and complete your company information.

Step 2: From your Trustpilot Business account, navigate to Integrations → Website Integrations. Locate your Business Unit ID — it is the alphanumeric string shown in your TrustBox code (e.g. 1234567890abcdef12345678). Copy it.

Step 3: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Trustpilot Reviews. Paste your Business Unit ID and enter your store's domain (e.g. yourstore.com) into the Configuration section, then click Install.

Step 4: Visit your storefront to confirm the Trustpilot TrustBox widget is displaying your reviews correctly.
