Weglot

Weglot makes your Orderain store multilingual in minutes. Add your Weglot API key and your entire storefront, product pages, checkout text, menus, and buttons, is translated automatically. A language switcher appears on your store so customers can browse in their own language.

Weglot detects all the text on your pages and translates it instantly, then keeps the translations in sync as you update your store. Because each language gets its own SEO-friendly URL, your translated pages can also rank in search results in every market you sell to.

Step 1: Go to weglot.com and click Start free to create your account. The free plan covers up to 2,000 words and one translated language, which is enough to try it out. Larger stores can upgrade later.

Step 2: On the Create your project screen, fill in:
• Project Name: type any name (for example: Orderain). You can change it later.
• Website Technology: open the dropdown and select Others. Orderain is not in the preset list, so "Others" is the correct choice, it gives you the standard code Orderain uses.
Then click Next.

Step 3: Choose your languages:
• Original language: the language your store is written in now (for example: English)
• Destination language(s): the language(s) you want to translate into
Then continue.

Step 4: On the Add your website details screen:
• Domain URL: enter your Orderain store URL
• Publish Destination: leave Connect my live website selected
• URL Type: leave Subdirectories (Recommended) for the best SEO
Then click Next.

Step 5: If Weglot shows a Connect Weglot to your website / DNS settings screen, you can click Skip this step. DNS is only needed for the subdirectory URL structure and is optional, translation works without it. You can always set it up later from your Weglot dashboard.

Step 6: On the Add Weglot to your website screen, Weglot shows the integration code. You only need one value from it: your API Key, which looks like wg_xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx. Copy it. (You can also find it later in your Weglot dashboard under Settings → Setup.)

Step 7: In your Orderain Dashboard, go to Shop → Plugins and click Weglot.

Step 8: Paste your Weglot API Key into the API Key field.

Step 9: Click Save.

Step 10: Your store is now multilingual. A language switcher appears on your storefront and visitors can browse your store in any language you enabled. To add more languages or edit specific translations, use your Weglot dashboard.
