Zapier

Connect your Orderain store to 7,000+ apps and automate your work without writing any code.

About this plugin

Zapier connects your Orderain store to over 7,000 apps. When something happens in Orderain, like a new order, a status update, or a customer sign-up, Zapier picks it up and sends it to whatever app you have set up on the other end. No code, no manual exports, no copy-pasting between tabs.

You set it up once and it runs on its own. A new order can send a message to your Slack channel, add a row to a Google Sheet, send a Gmail, and update a CRM contact all at the same time. If the app is in Zapier, you can connect it to Orderain in a few minutes.

Key Features:

  • Triggers the moment a new order is placed, so your team finds out right away
  • Sends an update when an order status changes (shipped, cancelled, or refunded)
  • Notifies connected apps when a new customer registers, so you can add them to your email list or CRM
  • Works with 7,000+ apps including Slack, Gmail, Google Sheets, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Notion, and WhatsApp
  • Each event includes the full order details: customer name, email, items, total, and currency
  • Optional webhook secret so you can verify that each request actually came from your store

Installation guide

Step 1 - Create a Zapier account
Go to zapier.com and sign up for a free account.

Step 2 - Create a new Zap
In your Zapier dashboard, click + Create and select Zap workflows.

Step 3 - Set the trigger
Click the Trigger box on the canvas. Search for Webhooks by Zapier and select it.

Step 4 - Choose Catch Hook
Under Trigger event, select Catch Hook and click Continue. Leave the next screen blank and click Continue again.

Step 5 - Copy your Webhook URL
Zapier will show you a unique webhook URL. Copy it and keep this tab open.

Step 6 - Connect in Orderain
Go to your Orderain Dashboard, click Plugins, find Zapier, and click Install. Paste the URL into the Zapier Catch Hook URL field. Turn on the events you want to send, then click Save.

Step 7 - Use Copilot to build the Zap
In the Zap editor, you will see a Copilot chat panel on the left side. Type what you want in plain words. For example:
• "When a new order is placed, send me an email on Gmail and log it to Google Sheets"
• "Send a Slack message when a payment fails"
• "Email the customer when their order status changes"
Copilot will build the full Zap for you, including routing by event type. Review what it sets up, connect your accounts when asked, then click Publish. Your Zap is now live.

Note: Zapier will ask you to place a test order so it can read the fields from your store. Just place any order, come back to Zapier, and click Test trigger to load the data.
