This plugin embeds the Zendesk Web Widget on your storefront using your Zendesk Widget Key, giving customers instant access to live chat, a help center, and support ticket submission without leaving your store.

Follow these steps to connect Zendesk Support with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Go to zendesk.com and sign in to your Zendesk account, or sign up for a trial or paid account based on your needs.

Step 2: In your Zendesk account, navigate to Admin Center → Channels → Web Widget (Classic). Customize the widget appearance and behavior as needed.

Step 3: In the widget setup page, locate the embed code. Your Widget Key is the UUID value in the script URL (e.g. snippet.js?key=xxxxxxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxxxxxxxxxx). Copy that key value.

Step 4: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Zendesk Support. Paste the Widget Key into the Zendesk Widget Key field in the Configuration section and click Install.

Step 5: Visit your storefront to confirm the Zendesk chat widget appears and functions correctly.
