Follow these steps to connect Tawk.to with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Go to tawk.to and sign in to your Tawk.to account, or create a free account.

Step 2: After creating your account, add a new property for your store. Tawk.to will generate a chat widget embed code. Your Property ID is the alphanumeric string in the script URL (e.g. https://embed.tawk.to/YOUR_PROPERTY_ID/...). Copy it.

Step 3: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Tawk.to. Paste your Property ID into the Tawk.to ID field in the Configuration section and click Install.

Step 4: Visit your storefront to confirm the Tawk.to chat widget appears and is ready to receive messages.
