This plugin embeds a WhatsApp chat button on your storefront using your WhatsApp Business phone number, allowing customers to start a conversation with you in one click.

Follow these steps to connect WhatsApp Business with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Ensure you have an active WhatsApp Business account. You can download the WhatsApp Business app and register with your business phone number at business.whatsapp.com.

Step 2: Note your WhatsApp Business phone number in international format, including the country code and without any spaces, dashes, or special characters (e.g. 919876543210 for an Indian number).

Step 3: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on WhatsApp Business. Paste your phone number into the WhatsApp Phone Number field in the Configuration section and click Install.

Step 4: Visit your storefront to confirm the WhatsApp chat button appears and opens a conversation when clicked.
