By integrating Hotjar with your Orderain store, you can identify pain points in the customer journey and make data-driven improvements to boost conversions.

This plugin connects your store to Hotjar using your Site ID, automatically tracking visitor behavior across all your storefront pages.

Follow these steps to connect Hotjar with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Go to hotjar.com and sign in to your Hotjar account, or sign up for a free account and create a new site.

Step 2: After creating your site, Hotjar will display a tracking code snippet. Your Hotjar ID is the numeric value assigned to hjid in the script (e.g. 1234567). Copy it.

Step 3: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Hotjar. Paste your Hotjar ID into the Hotjar ID field in the Configuration section and click Install.

Step 4: Visit your storefront, then check your Hotjar dashboard to confirm that visitor recordings and heatmaps are being collected.
