Microsoft Clarity is a free user behavior analytics tool that provides insights into how visitors interact with your store through heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral data. By integrating Microsoft Clarity with your Orderain store, you can analyze user behavior, understand the customer journey, and identify areas for improvement to boost conversions.

This plugin connects your store to Microsoft Clarity using your Project ID, automatically tracking visitor interactions across all your storefront pages.

Follow these steps to connect Microsoft Clarity with your Orderain store.

Step 1: Go to clarity.microsoft.com and sign in with your Microsoft account, or create a free account.

Step 2: Click New Project, enter your store name and URL, and complete the setup. Clarity will display a tracking code snippet for your project. Your Project ID is the alphanumeric string passed as the last argument in the script (e.g. a1b2c3d4e5). Copy it.

Step 3: Go to your Orderain Dashboard, navigate to Shop, then select Plugins from the left sidebar and click on Microsoft Clarity. Paste your Project ID into the Microsoft Clarity ID field in the Configuration section and click Install.

Step 4: Visit your storefront, then check your Clarity dashboard after a few minutes to confirm session data is being recorded.
